For my first post to Tom's Helpdesk I would like to show how to access someone's Windows desktop remotely. I live in Texas and my Mother lives in Kentucky, from time to time she has problems with her PC and she asks for my help. Here is an inexpensive way to help people with PC problems remotely, giving you access to their desktop. Here I'm using two applications, Jing and LogMeIn which is available for the Mac as well as Windows.
